Dr. Kiran brings over 20 years of American practice experience to Lexington, specializing in the vascular interventions that make limb salvage possible. As an interventional cardiologist trained in endovascular procedures, he opens blocked arteries using minimally invasive techniques – often the difference between healing and amputation. He heads the Cardiovascular program at Lexington Healthcare and is a Fellow of both the American College of Cardiology and the American Board of Vascular Medicine.
His focus is singular: to restore blood flow and save the dying limb.

Dr. Suma has spent over 20 years mastering the science of wound healing and hyperbaric oxygen therapy in the USA. She leads hyperbaric therapy and wound care center at Lexington Healthcare, where she’s personally trained every doctor and nurse on her team. Her approach combines advanced wound care protocols with hyperbaric oxygen therapy – flooding damaged tissue with the oxygen it needs to regenerate. She’s an esteemed member of the Undersea and Hyperbaric Medicine Society of America.
